Join us for an evening of good old-fashioned family fun! Drop in to connect with our community, unplug and restore some balance between screen-life and real-life. Feel free to bring an activity or just show up and let the kids play!

The Balance Project is an organization created with Jonathan Haidt's Four Norms in mind:

1. No smartphones before high school

2. No social media before 16

3. Phone-free schools

4. More independence, free play, and responsibility in the real world.

Chapters are designed to empower group members to advocate for changes in many different ways, enabling communities to be active in building social, cultural, political, and legislative momentum to restore a healthier balance to childhood. This chapter is currently focused on culture change, but if you have an idea for a new direction, let's make it happen!
