At Dragonfly Farms, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep you coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. RETURN POLICY

There is no return or exchange for any live goods, all live goods are final sale

Qualifying merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for merchandise credit only. To receive credit, all merchandise must be in saleable condition. Used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. 

Exclusions: Holiday-themed merchandise may not be returned after the holiday date. All sale and clearance items are considered “final sale” and are therefore not returnable or refundable. Coupons and gift cards are non-refundable. 

SAFETY POLICY

GENERAL REGULATIONS

  • The commission of any act defined by Federal, State, county, or local statutes, regulations, or ordinances as a criminal act is prohibited, e.g., use, possession, and/or distribution of illegal drugs and substances; theft; vandalizing, defacing, damaging, or destroying any real or personal property; or possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages. 

  • Violators will be asked to leave the property or, depending on the type of conduct/behavior, possibly arrested and detained by law enforcement/security officers.  Failure to comply with any such request shall constitute criminal trespassing and shall be subject to all appropriate legal or other penalties.

  • All customers and employees must comply with COVID-19 health and safety guidelines and regulations issued by the State of New Jersey.

  • Management reserves the right to amend, modify, alter, and/or add to the above code of conduct at any time for any reason, with or without public notice.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

  • Conduct that is disorderly, obstructive, disruptive, or interferes with or endangers businesses or customers, e.g., running, bicycling, skateboarding, rollerblading, or blocking the use of walkways.

  • Conduct that is destructive to the property, e.g., littering; climbing on, defacing, or otherwise destroying property.

  • Intimidating/threatening behavior by groups or individuals, including behavior likely to provoke a disturbance or infringe on the rights or peace of other patrons, e.g., obscenities, or slurs based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ethnicity; sexually explicit language ​

  • Smoking or vaping. 

  • Guns, knives, batons, tasers, and other weapons (or replicas of weapons) are not permitted​ at any time.

  • Unleashed or Unattended Animals.
